Every quarter, we read a carefully selected book that opens up gentle, powerful conversations around mental wellbeing.

This club is more than just reading. It's about:

  • Healing through guided journaling, sharing, and mindful discussion
  • Connecting with a supportive community that values openness and growth

Whether you are just starting your mental health journey or you are deep in it, this book club welcomes you exactly as you are.

 

How It Works:

  • We meet quarterly online (and sometimes in-person!)
  • You’ll receive the reading list, reflection prompts, and mental wellness tools
